Hotel Reservation Policy

All reservation steps are powered by Lutars, the managing and owner company of Anzacdayreservation.com. All reservation steps are highly secured with TLS v1.0 256 bit AES encrypted SSL technology. Furthermore, we have implemented and use several up to date security procedures, technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using personal information. The security of the provided date is our top priority.

Reservation Process:
After the guest send his/her request via the reservation form of the selected hotel, the guest will receive a reply regarding availibility and rates in maximum 12 hours.

The guest will receive either a confirmation mail with payment link or unavailibility information regarding the selected hotel.

If availibility exist; the sent mail will include the reservation details, the total sum and the 256 bit SSL encrypted secure payment link. The guest will be asked to click on the secure payment link and will be asked to pay his/her hotel reservation online with his/her credit card details. The secure payment link is produced solely for the guest’s reservation request, instantly after the confirmation of the availibility of the requested hotel reservation.

When the guest receive the confirmation e-mail from Lutars (the managing and owner company of Anzacdayreservation.com), he/she first can review the reservation details then input the credit card details in order to confirm the requested reservation. The gues’s credit card details will be charged as % 50 of the total reservation cost. The balance due amount will be charged 30 days before arrival. Since the Anzac Day is a very bussy event, the charged amount will be non-refunable.

If no availibility exist; the guest will receive unavailibility mail then anzacdayreservation.com staff will send you alternative options.

Amendment Policy:

The guest can amend an exisitng reservation by sending an e-mail request to info@anzacdayreservation.com. The amendment request should be approved by the Anzacdayreservation.com staff. The approval of the amendment is subject to availibility in the selected hotels. The amended reservation total amount should be equal or higher than the existing hotel reservation. In that case no extra amendment charge applies other than extra cost of the new reservation total. If the amended reservation total is less than existing reservation, no refunds will be available regarding the difference amount between the existing and amended reservation.

Refunds:

Anzacdayreservation.com will pay the refunds according to the cancellation policy to the provided guest credit card details. The bank transfer expenses will be deducted while performing refunds to the guest bank accounts.

Approval Statement:

I hearby understand and confirm that Lutars Travel would charge credit card details in advance regarding the provided tour / service from www.anzacdayreservation.com. I accept that the refund of the charged amount is subject to cancellation policy.
